The dog is in heat. For the last two days there is a stray dog parked in my courtyard. I thought this was a myth but since Luna spends all of her time sniffing the door I’m sure she wants him too. Its getting creepy around here. I’m heading to the Seafood & Wine festival at the beach for the weekend. I’m hoping for no anxiety attacks which are often preceeded by extreme hot flashes. My traveling companions for this trip? Dr. B and my wellbutrin prescription. How long does it take before I start to feel normal again?

I hope you find some relaxation at the Seafood and Wine weekend - sounds like MY idea of a good time! Vitamin W never worked for me - made me paranoid AS HELL. So watch out for that, okay? But they say to give it a month. ::hugs::
